Tragedy strikes in the film "Once given never forgotten" as we follow the story of Hang Nu Thu and La Dinh. After the death of her orphaned girlfriend Hang Nu Thu, La Dinh donates corneas to the weak and sick orphan Hang Lien Tam. Ten years later, Hang Lien Tam returns from studying abroad and meets La Dinh's younger brother, La Due. It is love at first sight for La Due, but Hang Lien Tam deeply loves Hang Nu Thu. Under immense pressure, Hang Lien Tam develops Alzheimer's disease, and Hang Nu Thu tries to cure her. In the end, Hang Nu Thu's perseverance awakens Lien Tam's memory. The film stars Duong Lac, Truong Tuyet Nghenh, Juck Zhang, and Li Da Wei.
