Ju Young-Jak, a secretary for the wealthy and powerful Baek Geum-Ok, realizes that Baek desires him and decides to become her lover. However, things get complicated when Ju meets Baek's daughter, Nami, a girl with a completely different personality. Ju is drawn to Nami's unique character and from there, intense conflicts between them begin to arise.
"The Taste of Money" revolves not only around love and hatred but also delves into the complexities of characters, money, and human ethics. Director Lim Sang Soo has created a story full of allure and surprises compared to his previous works.
